Harvey Gardner

Harvey has over two decades’ experience in managing public and private property. A Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), Harvey is a trained project management practitioner and holds a Diploma in Rural Estate Management.

His role as Head of Property involves developing and maintaining Exeter Science Park’s estate and property, meeting the demands of high-tech businesses, and encouraging national and international business relocations.

Work begins on new net zero carbon building at Exeter Science Park

Work on the new Ada Lovelace Building at Exeter Science Park has begun. The 20,000 square foot speculative office and laboratory space will aim to be net zero carbon for operational energy as a result of innovative design features, including 44kw solar roof-mounted solar-voltaic panels.
